It's ALREADY a felony to do a "straw purchase" - under federal law.
Bloomberg's private investigators better be damn careful what they
admit under oath to in Bloomberg's lawsuits - as claiming to have done
"straw purchases" in any state while just a private eye is admitting
to a felony, and they'd have a damn near impossible time getting out
of a felony prosecution after such an under-oath admission.


I just hope they also state under oath that Bloomberg put them up to it. That would mean Mr. Blomberg is just as guilty and can similarly be charged.

Has anyone been charged in this Bloomberg debacle yet?
