I have never claimed such. Eight hours range time is hardly combat
training.

You said you were trained by this well-known instructor and I thought
combat training was part of that. If not, then you're even less qualified
to carry a gun secretly than I thought.

The eight hours was twice the state minimum however. I scored
86% on a stationary silhouette target with a borrowed revolver the first
time I've fired a gun in about 35 years.

Just 86 huh? This Funnelhead should have his secret gun permit revoked
immediately! Unless the target was 100 yards away I'm sure I could score
99% with my Colt's Walker .44 revolver and I'll be happy to prove it when I
get a can of Triple Se7en and find the shooting range. And I'll need to
get good lead balls, not the cast kind I now have. And I'll need a holster
so I can draw my pistol and shoot from the hip, like I'm used to doing.
Can't hit anything if I stand still...

I might miss 1% if I start laughing thinking about how I out-shot a gunloon
with an old muzzle-loader having not shot one since I was a teenager.
