Heh. I had some VPC wanna be come into my gym, and wanted to put
some
stupid posters about gun violence. I asked her if she saw the 30.06
signs in front of the building. She says " Oh! this is a gun free
zone!" I say there isn't a 30.06 sign in front. Not going to be a
30.06 sign in front, for a reason, got a problem with that? She acted
like I farted, but left with her posters.



I would have asked her politely if she thought a "no guns" sign would keep
out armed criminals or madmen,or if it would instead indicate a "safe" zone
for them insuring no one could fight back.

Instead,a hostile response just reinforced her negative stereotype of pro-
gun folks.

I think you lost a good opportunity to educate an anti-gunner.
