When you list politicians who didn't serve in Nam, start with Ted
Kennedy; lost his college deferment when expelled for cheating on test
- then a military policeman in Europe during Nam. Follow with Bill
Klinton's manipulation of the ROTC system - and the infamous letter he
wrote to the ROTC commandant saying that he "loathed all things
military" during Nam.
