What you are saying is that your GOVERNMENT does not recognize your
right, not that it does not exist.

**Australian's rights are spelled out in our Constitutional Law. Not
unlike
a US citizen's rights.

Our right are not "spelled out" by the Consitution. Our Consitution
exists to protect our rights which, according to the Founding fathers,
are 'endowed by our Creator'.

**There is no 'Creator'.


Then where did you come from? Did you just appear out of nowhere
without anyone doing anything to get you here? Did you will yourself
into being? No, that can't be because you would have created
yourself. You were created out of something by some previous being
so, there is a creator even if you don't believe in some sort of
superior being doing the creating.
