flat, population up, therefore rate DOWN! This TOTALLY CONTRADICTS your
claim "the rate is relatively flat". It ain't "relatively flat", it is
clearly declining. Are you STILL maintaining this claim, because I
haven't yet seen you repudiate it?
The rate is relatively flat. The numbers you gave don't show a
significant decrease AT ALL. You can't draw the conclusion you drew
FROM THE NUMBERS.

The graph is correct, it's your interpretation that is WRONG.
The graph is correct. I'm correct. No correlation between your gun
grab and murder. Period. None.
You REALLY want to see that graph nose dive but it doesn't. NONE of
them do.
