Vermont? I have no idea. Several states
ignore other states because their issuing standards aren't as high as
their own. Alabama's standard are low, as are Indiana's.

Alaska is reciprocal with about 25 or 30 states, Vermont is currently
recognized by Alaska even it allows most states' CCWs within its borders.
My state, Arizona, recognizes Alaska and not Vermont. I think I read
packing.org correctly. ;)
