He's correct, this time.
When moving into a "housing development" like he claims, one must follow and abide by the rules of that community.
For instance, I have seen these "COMMY-Units" many times when I was in the satellite installing business.
The "LAW" in many of them said that the dish's had to mounted in such a way that "did not show from the front street, or offend visualy, any neighbor."
Which by the way, goes against the FCC laws, regarding the capture of airways.

So, that meant that the only homes that COULD have a DTV/DISH, were those that had a back yard facing the south.. and were completly hidden from other jealous neighbors.

So again, why would ANY IDIOT want to live in a place where one is told what one can own, that doesn't effect anybody?
