Herb Martin quoted some blog:
A remarkable thing happened at the United Nations yesterday. We, the
United States, told the world "no".
What is the "world" in any of this, anyhow? Almost all United
Nations member countries are dictatorships in Third World regions -
where the average local doesn't have any idea what "his" representative
at the United Nations is pushing there in his name, let alone have any
opportunity to influence it!
