BRITAIN'S Appeal Court today dismissed a challenge from the
Countryside Alliance which had argued the Government's ban on
hunting with dogs infringed human rights.

"The essence of this appeal is that the ban engages and infringes
either directly or indirectly, the appellants' rights under
articles 8 and 11 (rights to privacy and freedom of peaceful
assembly)."

However, the judges said they did not consider either right had
been infringed.

The ban, which outlaws a sport that began with the restoration of
King Charles II in 1660, came into force in February 2005.

Fox-hunting activists have tried to overturn it by claiming that
the law used to push it through Parliament was invalid and then
mounted a series of legal challenges.

And you don't have any human right to play with guns.

OTOH, I think it's reasonable to permit some hunting of some wild
animals, as long as it's bare-handed hunting. No guns, no bows, no
spears, no knives, just your bare hands, and as long as the animals are
large enough to easily kill the hunter. Like, Cape Buffalo, Moose,
Grizzly Bear but not lil Black Bears, Lions, Crocodiles, worthy
adversaries. And the hunt should be video taped so we make sure you
don't cheat. Be a man...

Being a man is using a man's ability to kill those animals. And man's
ability (you being a notable exception) is the ability to think and
make tools - such as spears, clubs and guns.

But you boys always say, guns don't kill, people kill. Well put your
killing where your mouth is. According to your own endlessly repeated
slogan you need nothing more than being a human to kill. You don't
need no stinkin weapons. Just you vs the wild animal that's not
bothering you...

Now won't that be fun, lil coward? Shopw the Griz who's boss...
