Anyone that has googled my newsgroups posting history KNOWS that a challenge to me to produce citations proving my claim invariably results in an avalanche of information.

Read and weep, and run before asking for more. Trust me on this. Others have ended up very sorry they challenged. You could be next.

There are people on this ng that remember the experiment I refer to.

The LEs that tested this over and over again, and found that indeed, they had a very high percentage, in the super majority, of the one drawing beating the one holding a gun on him to firing was discussed at length in this ng. His accomplice Mr. Anelto Sosa was shot in the leg. Mr. Hutchison was found at the scene of the attempted armed robbery, and Mr. Sosa was arrested at a local hospital where he was attempting to receive treatment for a shooting he said was an accident. Both Mr. Sosa and Hutchison were arrested, and charged with attempted felony [ I.e. attempted armed robbery]."
