Yeah... Budd Dwyer made a training video for this.

You also want to avoid doing a James Vance where you first listen to Judas
Priest, then place a shotgun under your chin, but point it slightly outward.
The result is that you blow your face off but don't die. The plus side is
that you get to meet your favorite rock group in court!
