Why would you be reluctant? Aren't you proud of your service to your
country and it's people?

I am working on ways to post mine for you, should you get around to
asking. You haven't yet.

My scanner when kapakai when I 'upslopped' to XP, and the driver
wouldn't work.
None online for it either.

It is also snowing and I'm waiting for the county plow to come by, but
I have a call into a friend about 12 miles from here with a scanner I
might use...she wants me to fix it first, says she has a printer
conflict. Must be an old sucker.

I live in a very isolated mountain area, so things take time, but then
you took time with far less a good excuse, didn't you Bill?

I respect your military service, and if you have not munged out someone
else's DD214 you can assume my apology for disrespecting a veteran.

Why is it you chose, after John P's gracious and honorable apology to
you (on the shakiest of evidence you provided, and sullenly installing
it upside down) to be bellicose and beligerent toward him?

He did not really create the situation you found yourself in. You did.

Now please, call me a "mother fucking guntard liar," but son, you walk
like a duck, you quack like a duck, and you look like a duck. You are a
duck.

Ask for mine any time you like. I'll post it as soon as conditions here
allow.

I'm told Santa may be bringing me a new scanner for Xmas. It might take
that long if I can't fix my friends scanner/printer conflict.

Can't think of anyone else I can ask around here. Not without a twenty
five mile one way drive in deep snow and icy roads.

But you'll get it if you ask for it. Ask and yee shall receive.

In fact anyone may ask, and I'll post a far more legible copy of my
DD214 than you did.

You'll find something most interesting. We went into the service having
the same city in common as home of record. Though I had to go to San
Francisco since there was no induction center in Sacramento to my
knowledge in 56. I was a volunteer, but of course went with inductees.

You'll also find I served where I did, trained as I said I was trained
(and more), and left the service honorably when I said I did.

And I'll even share a story or two with you. I had a most interesting
military 'career' as short as it was.

So tell us, did they still serve SOS when you were serving in your
speciality?
