To all in TPG
On or about the 6th of December, in response to a post, the poster known as
"Bill" stated that he had served in the US Army and had been honorably
discharged.
I questioned the validity of that claim, more and more vehemently as time
went on and the conversation continued. I was rude and disrespectful,
without justification, to a vet who had served our country.
I have since seen documents that sufficiently prove to me that I was wrong.
Bill clearly *has* served in the US Army and been honorably discharged as he
initially claimed.
I promised him that if/when he supplied such proof, I'd eat crow publicly
and apologize sincerely. He kept his word to provide his proof, thus, I am
bound to keeping mine by offering this public apology.
Bill - I sincerely apologize for calling your claim of military service into
question. I was 100% wrong and based my assumption on faulty logic.
Signed,
John P.
