That's nice, but his title gains him zero credibility and his writing sets
his credibility back 6 notches.

Great, then I (or anyone else) can check those PUBLIC records. These
records are public as were CERTAIN the 'Vice President of the National
Association of Chiefs of
Police' isn't violating restricted information.

ANYBODY know where I can go look up the CCW permits for ALL NYC residents?
