What bothers me is;
1. why are UCF *campus police* acting off-campus,presumably outside their
jurisdiction? The Citrus Bowl is Orlando CITY property.
2. Why is a police officer firing warning shots into the AIR?
Who knows where those rounds will fall? Is firing warning shots into the
air part of UCF police training ?? I suspect no.
