Just an update from the SuperDome:

1. There were armed gangs with automatic weapons battling police within the dome.

2. They'd hang outside of restrooms and rape kids as they entered/left.

If anything, it's clear that guns exaserbated conditions in NO.

Basically, these gun owners turned into thugs that even now are complicating the rescue.
