STEALING YOUR DOG FOR A DEBT

Hello
I thought this might be a good place to post this, if not, sorry.
I just saw this and was taken aback, and now I am angry.
If anyone can do anything about it, or report this to someone that
could help,or letting others know about such tactics it would be very
much appreciated.
It is almost unbelieveable that this was posted!
Please check it out before it gets taken down as I am sure it is going
to be.
