Ritual in Humanism

Greetings to all,

This is my first post here as I am quite new to the principles of Humanism
(at least to the body of literature and discussion on the subject, I have,
it seems, been a Humanist all my life!!) so I will apologies if I am
covering old ground here.

What do others feel is the place (if any) of Ritual in the Humanist
approach. Is there ay precedent for this what do people feel is the value??

All the best
