The criteria are very obvious, what does the choosing is a subjective
issue, and what is chosen is an objective issue. And one can
objectively measure that a decision takes place, if there are
alternative results available in the moment, and then subjectively
address the spirit in which the decision is made.
No matter if it's a human being, or the alternate states of a rock in
the moment, the logic applies wherever freedom is found, in a
straightforward way.
