moving to a different location and being moved up to the next grade

I wanted to know will i be moved up to the 10th grade.i finished my freshman year at high school.i went and passed my classes.but i have to finish my final second eotc for science.i wonder if i don't get 2 of my credits and get 1 will i still pass.i really don't want to be 17 in the 9th grade.
