While not exactly what you are looking for, we do have in our midst a
Corybant on the stationary earth at the center of the universe model.
Here is a link to recent post by him on the topic:

It's interesting that Broccoli picked my criticism of JJ Lodder's
ridiculous attack on GeoCentricism. There were numerous other posts
made during 2010 which more accurately and completely summarized the
state of the evidence for/against heliocentricsm. Lodder's ridiculous
post (critiqued by me in the link referenced above) against
geoCentricism was nominated for a POTM and it was summarily defeated.
It is even more interesting that Friar Broccoli ignored some excellent
posts by Dr. Carlip and Dr Dworetsky defending heliocentricism. Yet
neither of the good Phd's proved heliocentricism or disproved
geoCentricism. Apparently GeoCentricism is not so easily toppled.
Finally the most damning evidence against heliocentricism was
summarily ignored, misrpresented or mathematically jiggered----that
is, the vast number of interferometer experiments.
Einstein himself admitted that if the interferometer experiments
demonstrated that the earth was not moving relative to the Ether then
not only did it disprove heliocentricims but it would also cause his
SR serious trouble. Lorentz produced a mathematical jiggering to make
the problem go away, but it didn't really go away.
Do you have a reference for this alleged statement by Einstein?
You do understand that the Lorenz transformation is what you get when
you consider two inertial frames with different velocities, and hold
the speed
of light constant.
Sorry no. By no means does modern physics support a special geocentric
model of the universe. You can pick a geocentric coordinate system if
you
want, but you can also pick an "anything else---centric" coordinate
system
and have the same physics.
Geocentricists cannot use general relativity to support their
notions.
