Things are slowing down on this newsgroup for some reason, so why
don't we try to get some relevant discussion going. This isn't a

something constructive. Nearly all the regular anti-evolution posters
know that they do not have any honest and valid arguments or we would
see them hammering the science side with them. ...

Based on the Old Testament Biblical writings it is suspected that Noah
had a 120 year window to construct the Ark out of Gopher wood. Some
Arkologist say Gopher wood is Cypress, some say it is Oak, It is
difficult to determine what type of wood in today's language it was.
Noah However was instructed to coat the ark with bitumen (tar or
pitch) which makes sense to impermeabilize the hull of the Ark at
least below the water line. Noah even did soundings of the waters
depths during his year bobbing in the Ark; and recorded 51 cubits to
the top of the mountains. If the highest mountain that Noah sounded
was Mt Everest, then 51 cubits then would place the water 30,000
feet (~10KM) above present sea level.

If all the fossil fuels were created in Ye Floode then where, pray,
did the bitumen used by Noah to coat Ye Arke come from?
That's easy.
The effects of Noah's Flood extended backward in time to make fossils
before the Flood.

the failure to nail currant jelly to a wall is not due to the nail; it is due to
the currant jelly.
Theodore Roosevelt, Letter to William Thayer, 1915 July 2-
The ICR geologists put out something that claimed that the sedimentary
layers beneath the Pliestocene layers was all preflood. That would
mean that only about the last 2 million years of the fossil record is
post flood.
The earth was really geologically active before the flood. It is just
that no one noticed enough to talk about it, or leave a record of it.
