I'm talking about the data that I got from Garamond Lethe's
answers to my questions about CO2. It's farther back in the
thread if you want to have a look at it, but I'm in the process
of putting it into workable form in the other thread that I
mentioned. I'm trying to end involvement in this thread,
where I have a half dozen people coming at me from all
directions. No one can stand up to what has been going
on here.
I know we're overwhelming. Kind of a cross between a litter of
half-grown mastiffs who are happy to see you and a litter of
half-grown mastiffs who are NOT happy to see you.
But no joke, utterly serious -- I respect you for looking at
evidence and being able to change your views in response to it.
Usually people who come in saying "I just have a few questions"
actually mean "I'm going to lecture you about my religion and tell
you you're all going to hell before I leave in a huff." You're
several notches above that.
I noticed that too. Calvin seems to be a thinker who is willing to
reconsider his own positions in light of new information --
something completely unthinkable to most rank-and-file creationists
we see here. (Plus he's a hell of a sight more intelligent than
most rank- and-file creationists we see here.)
He does seem to be willing to learn, but he has a lot of fundie
related, and right wing related, crap to get rid of first. His
entire methodology seems to be based on dismissing anything from
mainstream science and accepting only what the religious right has
to say. He seriously needs to learn to dump that.

He also needs to do some research on his own vice having us spoonfeed
him.
The lack of willingness, or inability, to do that is typical of the
fundie mindset. They are spoon fed little sound bites that supposedly
refute whatever liberal/communist/atheistic idea that they are attacking.
You know, such ideas as evolution, socialized medicine, global warming
and so on.
