...at all?

Try as I might, I cannot play Devil's Advocate here and think of what
I might guess if I was a Creationist.

Has anyone ever heard Creationist attempt at explaining this?

That humans have hair on their legs illustrates the difference between us
and apes.

It is one of the many, many, similarities were share with the other
great apes.

We are as beautiful compared to apes as an immortal human would
be to our current state, now. Immortal humans can shape their bodies
according to preference.

Now you are sounding like an idiot.

Maybe not. That we have body hair, but have a preference to not have body
hair (I certainly do), says something about us.

That we evolved in a very hot climate.

Do apes wish for hairless
legs?

No, but then nor do most humans.

Or do they care?

Nor do most humans.

That they don't seem to be researching ways to
come up with new beauty products says to me that they're not too
interested in their looks. But I don't like my body hair. I think that
my "want" to get rid of it says something about humans that cannot be said
about apes. WE have preference. THEY do not.

Oh they certainly have preferences, just not the daft ones you have.

So any immortality function of humans would come with a preference to make
the kind of body you want to have, with or without hair. I'd hope
without. >< I can't stand body hair.

We have about the same number of hairs as a chimp, less than a gorilla
and more than an orangutan.
