Following up on John Harshman's comments (or just so you don't appear to
be posting random BS), how do you think this news item reflects on the
cultural differences between 20th century Saudis, 19th century Japanese,
and 18th century Americans, and why would such an apparently counter-
selective finding have been incorporated in a presumably selective legal
system.
