So let's address this to any creationist who claims that there are no
transitional forms in the fossil record.
Why would a "creationist" claim that?
Thats like saying you would only find (MkI, & MkIII) GTI's in a scrap
yard in 100 years.
Of course you'll find MKII, Too...
What do *you* think evolutionary theory predicts as a transitional
form between say, a modern bird and a theropod dinosaur?
I think you believe your greatest argument against creation is that
some "designer"
would go "puff", between one creation and the next.
Let me let you down "softly". That *never* happens.
Creation would look no different than transitional species in a
fossil record.
That is not what I've heard creationists say.
You should get out more.
Many of them maintain that there are only a finite number of created
"kinds";
And?
When will you "factualists" ever realise that there is variation in
everything?
Is the sun yellow?
You could "entrap" a child to say "yes".
Does that mean the sun is yellow?
Absolutely not. It's variation upon variation, upon variation.
You get *0* brownie points for "entraping" a child to answer
"yellow".
Just makes you look dishonest.
and that intermediate forms between "kinds" do not exist.
Well that's a stupid *no* brainer.
Pick 2 legs or 6 legs.
If you find 4 legs you have a intermediate.
So what?
When presented with a putative intermediate form between two kinds A and B,
they will claim it really is of kind A (or maybe kind B), hence not
truly intermediate.
Of course it's either "A" or "B", and if its inbetween it's "A-B".
What does that prove?
It proves that you modefy a *design* and move on.
It's like insisting that the color orange is really just a reddish shade
of yellow (or maybe just a yellowish shade of red).
And a child may insist on such.
But that doesn't make the truth any different. Orange *is* "yellow
**&** red".
