we may live inside a hologram
Of course we live in a hologram you BoZo.
I have said over and over that what we think is real can only be
measured and understood by what we can perceive from this
perspective.
Our Hologram. --brought to you by GOD.
god's a hologram? of course...you don't know what a hologram
is...it was invented by scientists and therefore stands beyond your
understanding
Ha. He understands holograms better than you "scientists" who are
so blinkered by your materialist-atheist presuppositions that you
can't perceive the greater truth. Quantum physics assures us that
the universe doesn't exist until we perceive it; I even saw some
scientist explain this in a movie once. So holograms are like that.
They're an illusion that seems to be real, but the reality is just
our perception, which is all that reality is, according to quantum
physics.
If you read the article, it's really all about energy vibrations,
which is what the ancient texts have been telling us for thousands
of years but science is finally beginning to figure out, too. It's
all energy vibrating at different levels of frequency, and that's
what holograms do. They're like millions of tiny crystals vibrating
at different levels of frequency and creating an illusion, which we
perceive as reality. But there has to be a place where that
perceiving takes place, and the only place where that can happen is
in the mind of God. So quantum physics proves that there has to be a
God, or there couldn't be the illusion of reality.
I think that's what he means, anyway.
John
*Nicely done. But you forgot to mention that the religious scholars(1)
knew all of this already, and simply didn't *want to tell the
scientists all of this physics stuff. In just a few years, they'll
tell us whether or not there is life on Mars(2).
(1) Self-recognized experts in ancients texts. Duh.
(2) Shortly after the scientists figure it out.
Kermit
Why beat your chest and make up garbage about religious scholars? Being a
mental midget does not become you. It is this type of human dishonesty that
will keep one separated from truth.
Keep that thought in mind...
Next.
You are blinded by science K. A science that struggles to define God but
can't; And it never will.
Where on Earth did you get the idea that science struggles to find any
gods? Science studies reality. If it can't see, weigh, or smell it, it
has nothing to explain and no way to explain it.
When you get evidence for gods, then science will study them. I'm sure
there are scientists seeking a religious path or wisdom or such, but
they're not using science to do so.
God has already said they will look and look but never find me.
Convenient. "Usually I can call the ghosts, but there must be a
skeptic in the room, and tonight's seance will be for naught."
So science throws it's hands up and says "There must be no
God or we would have evidence".
It's more like "No evidence, nothing to study." See the difference?
Most scientists have no problem with the *concept of something
existing that leaves no available evidence. For instance, some
cosmologists are worried that there may be no way to study what came
before(1) the Big Bang. That doesn't mean there wasn't a cause, or a
metaverse with uncaused events, but it may not leave evidence.
But you cannot perceive the evidence from
inside of this hologram. You are limited by physical ability and by the
location of your perspective. (see motion and rest).
As are you. The difference is, while I say I have no evidence, you
just make stuff up.
So your entire existence is just a hologram K. How about that? What seems to
be real by scientific standards is actually an illusion. And what you think
does not exist is actually your reality that awaits you. A destiny.
Why would everything being holographic make it an illusion? If define
reality by kicking a rock, then reality is holographic. If you define
reality as "Stuff I made up", then no educated person will take you
seriously.
You are quite comfortable as long as the hologram program is running. You
feel safe. Do not bother to look at the edge of the program. You might be
afraid of what is on the other side.
You mind holding this light here for a bit? I've got both hands busy
digging with this shovel. Thanks.
Last.
Some say that Adman hates science. Far from the truth. I respect the hard
working scientists of the world. But I also want science back in perspective
and back it it's proper place.
Yes. You hate science. You prefer the Middle Ages when theocrats, who
just made stuff up, could throw people who asked annoying questions on
the fire. Those were the days, weren't they? Everybody scarred from
pox. Heretics burned. Teeth rotting. Spending your whole life in one
village. Few people could read.
Second to God, not before or in place of God.
You mean, buried by people who claimed to speak for God. Like you.
Yes, you loathe science, evidence, and the methodology that is
bringing us monkeys, kicking and screaming, into the light.
Scientific discovery falls under the category regarding our orders to
"subdue the earth".
Subdue it like beating one's wife, or kicking a dog, or just shooting
a horse? I like science because I want to know how the world works;
it's not a tool for plundering a limited supply of resources. Nor is
it the enemy.
We have an innate drive to build, discover and define.
Ha! We agree! This can't last...
That is what separates us from apes
If by apes you mean "tailless primates, except humans" then what
separates us from them is a political definition of ape - rather like
Jew and Gentile, or Greek and Barbarian. Any biological term that
includes gorillas and chimps would have to include us.
and is the reason why we did not evolve from fish.
Does not follow. Why would our curiosity and use of complex language
mean we didn't evolve?
Why are we to "subdue the earth"? To occupy our time while here
in this hologram. The rest you would not understand because you are smarter
then me.
Smarter than I, not me.

It is all about God's hologram with:

(1) This is a metaphorical term, and refers to a cause, rather than
"earlier in time". Analogous to standing on the equator and pointing
to the North Star - you can't get there by walking north, but it still
make sense to ask what is in that direction and pointing.
