Newtonian theory was accepted today as a statistical analysis of falling
apples shows that over 80% fall down. Of the remaining 20%, 80% of those
fell up. Of the remaing 20% 80% stayed where they wer and 20% disappeared.
The 80% rule seems to be universal in nature with the exception of
titration.
