Shane, could you possibly heed Ray Martinez' excellent advice and leave
off replying to the troll, please? Then we can all bang the PM's
hangers-on in the killfile alongside him and get on with arguing about
evolution. At the very least trim TO out of the headers, if you must
bait the silly ***.

I have already ceased responding to the PM, and IIRC, did so
only a few times in any case. As for my cousin BHC, I was
hoping to wear him down till he blinked first, and I was
quite enjoying our little skirmish.

For the greater good, I suppose I can cease and desist.
