I don't think. Within the last 2 million years.

If the colonization dates back to 65 million, there would have been
more influence by them and more than just one Arab on board the moon.
But there were no Chinese in Metropolis and only one Arab, and long
after it was wrecked and it was wrecked 2 million years ago.
So they landed on earth just prior to the moon being evacuated and
15,000 years ago sounds about right..

So then what probably happened was their moonship got wrecked, the
Anunnaki disk in the center of that, which contained their conscious
computer was probably used to rescue some of them, and then it was
flown by our moon, using remote electro-gravitics, down to earth.
And then once they offloaded, it was flown to the moon.
One Arab, did not want to off load, and stayed on board, and entered
the moon when that disk was retrieved.
A stow away.
And then later he was captured and returned to earth.

If their ship was breaking up, then what you would do, is try to save
a male and a female of the 2 classes, so they could reproduce and as
long as they could, you have the records of everyone else in the disk
in its conscious computer. So its like an escape pod in case of
ultimate disaster.

Who knows how big that disk was, and how many people it carried but it
probably didn't crash on teh earth.
Their moon-ship probably broke up in space. And probably not close to
earth but near Mars or somewhere.

And during that conference a delegation of that original Chinese race
attended as well, although I didn't see them, and what happened was
they didn't communicate with us, but they did make themselves known to
the conscious computers and they beamed my son, home from school, at
lunch time, while I was there in the house.

I walked into the living room, and there he was, only his eyes were
all weird and slanted a bit and then in a day they were back to
normal. So they have actual physical beaming technology apparently.
Or else the mainframe did it on their behalf, to tell us, that the
Chinese are part of the same federation.
And that is what I expect. Only they are not Anunnaki, they are like
the aristocracy class of a moonship, and the Arabs are the equivalent
to the Ashkenazi class.

In the center would be the conscious computer in an Anunnaki disk and
they wouldn't have much contact with it if any but would believe like
the aristocracy, that they commanded the ship.

And the impression that I got from what they looked like, was they
were taller, and looked Chinese but not roundish like the ones on
earth, more square jawed like Americans are square jawed.
But their skin and eyes are the same.
And they actually have rejuvenation technology but I wasn't able to
convince anyone to let us have it here.
