How do you explain non-locality and the fact it appears observation is
necessary to fix a quantum state?

I don't have to explain it. The Copenhagen interpretation has been beaten
to death by guys like you.

There are a lot of alternate interpretations than the Copenhagen
interpretation.

You seem defensive, like you are afraid of anything that might
question your particular belief system.

No, I'm engaged in creative philosophical thinking, which considers
the implications of modern physics. This goes in line with a long
tradition of philosophical idealism which seems very relevant in
thinking about the nature of modern physics . You seem to want to call
names to anyone who doesn't think exactly like you do. I suspect
deep down you know there might be something to all this speculation,
and you want to hold on to your point of view no matter what.
