Exactly the point I was trying to make upthread. He has process of law,
the right to own property the rights to which the government will
support, the right to make contracts.

Frankly compared to the drug laws the taxes for the space program are
totally insignificant and not worth spending electrons on even from a
Libertarian point of view. I mean we allow people to sign up for the
military who are not even old enough to be trusted with marijuana. I
think that both rights should be granted at the age of 36.
