It's commendable of the judge to try to allow their message to get out
in a timely fashion, if that is why he promised a speedy decision.
It's a putrid message, but it's given the lie by the fact that the
courts (part of the big bad conspiracy, according to Stein et al.) are
sensitive to their freedom of speech.
Uh, yeah guys, we're still waiting for any evidence that your ideas
are being censored. True, they're not accorded the status of science,
but neither are anti-Einsteinian views, for obvious reasons.

Is this movie relevant to the election? Are any of the candidates
supporting ID in any way?-
Huckabee might and he is a VP candidate.
If it was Bush and Cheney, I'd be worried, but I somehow think that McCain
would likely be a rather substantially different president than Bush, and
Huckabee would be your average largely-ignored VP.
In what way do you think that McCain would be substantially
different?
The mistakes, attrocities and calamities would be of his own creation,
rather than some puppet master's. Let's face it, right now, Cheney is
running the United States much more than Bush.
that matters to me, since I care more about the attrocities and
mistakes than how they are generated.
I don't understand all the people (and I'm not calling you one of them
here, I'm speaking in general) who still think that McCain is a
moderate. He's anti-abortion, in favor of the Iraq war forever, wants
to cut taxes without lowering spending, and seems far too keen on
aggression towards Iran. Last time I looked, his plan for healthcare
was tax breaks.
