different pieces of lithosphere. The origin of the motion is, you guess
it, related to mantle upwelling (a mantle plume if you prefer that term)

Then you have a big issue, because the stress inside a slab is

How is it pulling if there is no pull?
Or may be you have a personnal interpretation of how subduction could
pull anatolia. Could you describe it, please?
