Yes, but that doesn't have anything to do with what Behe does.
Science is nothing more than the discipline of observation and
duplication. This answers the what question not the how. Science
doesnt have a clue as to the purpose, (past present or future) of
the supra-scapular ligament on humans. I.D. can explain it.
ID can "explain" *anything* as the work of "somebody" with unknown and
unbounded powers and motives, using utterly unknown methods.
I.e., it doesn't explain jack.
