That's your unconstrained interpretation; it doesn't actually _say_
that.

No it's a logical conclusion. Of the authors intent!

No, it's *your* conclusion based on what the text says and a desire
to get a specific interpretation out of it.

5 Doctors see a patient, each draws he's own conclusion & you have 5
Diagnosis.

4 are wrong. One is right.

Some doctors are better than others! The best doctors get to save
lives!

The problem for that approach is that you can use it to make the bible
mean anything you want it to. (And lo, people have been doing exactly
that for centuries.)

No. You can read something and draw the wrong conclusion. (easily
done, especially on forums like this)

If you read the "context", & "weigh the evidence" you can & will
always
draw a good diagnosis!

Like I said the evidence speaks for itself! Either;

1) Moses was very forgetful, & had an I.Q similar to "Ye Old Ones",
about 35.

Or

2) You are misreading, the context.

Logic dictates, moses was either a spas***, or he was not speaking
literally.

2) Is most logical since.
People speak in metaphores all the time!

"Its raining "cats & dogs""??????????????????????
"Time flies"???????????????????? Does it have wings?
"I'm knackered"????????????? Have you been castrated?

People speak in metaphores all the time. But when a story is written
in metaphores
people can easily pick and draw whatever errors they want!

Lets do an experiment!

We will make "Shakespeare" our scapegoat! Here is what he has to say
about the world!

QUOTE;

"All the world's a stage"

Now. Either Shakespeare was retarded, or that was a metaphore!

Is the world a stage? No!

So why do the same with genesis?

It's a fine passtime if you're into literary interpretation, but absolutely
useless as a means of discovering truth.

Truth is absolute & discoverable! It's about the only thing that you
can rely on 100%
