since we are more ordered than a pool of amoebas,
A pool of amoebas would be considerably more intelligent than you are.
then there would be a
violation of the 2nd law in that order has increased and entropy has
decreased.
Little man, step away from your computer. Go outside your building. Look up
into the sky. If the sky is black and there are lots of little lights up
there, it is 'night'. The little lights are 'stars'. If the sky is blue and
there is one big light up there, it is 'day'. The one big light is a star,
too. It is a special star, called the 'Sun'. It is special because it is very
close to us. It supplies us with heat and light. This means that there is an
outside source of energy. This means that, while entropy has decreased
_here_, it is _not_ a 2nd Law violation because _entropy has not decreased in
the entire system_... which would include the Sun.
Dude, we know that all that LSD fried your brain. You don't need to keep on
showing us.

Actually your wrong.
The sun has decreased in entropy by exactly half the amount. Its atoms
when fused occupy less volume and are thus more highly ordered, also.
