This video is so wrong on so many levels that one simply doesn't know
where to begin. In addition to ignoring the voluminous evidence for
subduction and compression (including real-time measurements of closing
across trenches and collision zones), this presentation ignores the
voluminous and compelling evidence for several cycles of supercontinents
- one supercontinent fragmenting into several continents with
intervening oceans that later regroup - this has happened at least
twice. We can see it in the geology.
In the expanding-earth hypothesis presented here, the only possible
means of getting more than one supercontinent cycle is for the earth to
periodically expand and contract - and, since one of the major
components of the hypothesis presented in the video is that there is no
subduction, no recycling of oceanic crust, this presents a problem. Of
course, there is also the little matter of matter itself - if the earth
is expanding, where oh where is all of the new rock coming from? And,
of course, if it perodically contracts, where does it go?
Then we get into the sticky bits about conservation of angular momentum,
the history of the earth-moon system, and, come to think of it, the
history of the earth-sun system. This hypothesis ignores so much
evidence, and misinterprets so much more, that it is intellectually
closely akin to young-earth creationism, save that the driving force
behind it is not religion, but a conspiracy theory of unimaginable
proportions. Please use whatever sense God gave you and consider this a
comedy rather than anything even remotely possible.
It's like one of those puzzles i remember from kids' magazines decades
ago - how many things can you find wrong with this picture?
Here's one more - why don't we see this happening elsewhere?

IIRC our Expanding Earth friend from down under used to say that it is
not expanding *right now*, but that it had in the past. Of course
that 'explanation' still fails all of the above points, *plus* it
conveniently removes current observations from the equation.
