I read that size of Y chromosme has reduced because it did not partner
at all but X chromose has not reduced they say that it has partner in
female sex to recombine
If Chromose dont get partner to recombine.r than there is rendency to
delete genes & reduce the size is logic.
Now X chromosome gets only 50% chances to recombine then I think size
of X chromosome should also reduce to a size in between Y and its
intial size in reptiles This is my guess.
This point is VERY far beyond my ability to respond.
It is also difficult for me to figure out exactly what your point
might be, but your statement appears to contain so many
misconceptitions about how DNA transmission works that I
don't think I could convince a qualified person to clarify the
situation.
My point was, we all know that microbes treated half heartdly will
become more virulant very fast they tend spread so if one think that
geting partial balance with immunity & virusis is not long lasting
there is very big chance that more of rabbit will come with virulant
strains very soon
One more point how time does virulant strains take to kill rabbit can
very small small.
Regarding imunity by less virulant strains may not be always
advantages for more virulant strains,
I think there are many intermiadiate level problems are there which
also are needed for balance. Only a wlid card of death of rabbit may
not do everthying for decreasing virulance
Regarding Y chromsome I will give better expanation I think my posting
was less comprehensive

If Chromosome don't get partner to recombine than there is tendency
to
delete genes which may be harmful produced by mutation. which intern
will reduce the size of chromosome is the logic.
Now if X chromosome gets only 50% chances to recombine then I think
size of X chromosome should also reduce to a size in between Y and

If gene deletion by natural selection if it is correct why there is
preservation of X chromosome size when it has only 50% Chance to
exchange with its real partner. It should also have 50% disadvantage.
How is this?
This is my guess. Please comment
