Press Release: Evolution Debate to be Hosted at West Chester University

From the article:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
LANCASTER, Pa., April 30 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- A debate on
evolution will be held this Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at West Chester
University in Sykes Hall at 8:00 P.M. The debate pits Dr. James (Tony)
Whitson, who teaches at the University of Delaware, against Tom Ritter
a physics and chemistry teacher at Annville/Cleona High School, a
public school in central Pennsylvania near Hershey. The Constitution
Party of Pennsylvania is the sponsor of the event.
Tom Ritter argues the teaching of materialistic evolution as the only
explanation for the origin of life, the human mind and different
species is unproven and is thus bad science. Dr. Whitson obviously
disagrees.
Because Mr. Ritter also says he has no particular interest in
creation, intelligent design or biological evolution, this debate will
be different than most on the subject of evolution and should make it
a unique experience.
For more information on the debate or to receive a one page summary of
Mr. Ritter's argument, contact Mrs. Kathy Horst at 717-867-1335 or
Mrs. Carris Kocher at 610-459-2093.
