You didn't answer my question. What is the scientific theory of
intelligent design? How can it be tested? Write it in the space below.
Maybe I'll be magically unable to see it. Otherwise, it looks like
you're just running away from the question... again.

ID is NOT a theory, Richard. It is observation which concludes reality
is the product of Divine *power.*

Paley's watchmaker thesis (1802) also known as the Argument from
Design says biological components clearly show organized complexity,
that is, purposeful arrangement of interacting parts existing in
larger structures arranged the same. These complex units have their
being in a larger network of other organisms of arranged complexity of
varying degrees. This network (nature) houses the organisms in a
harmony that everyone agrees to be awesome:

Paley: "....every manifestation of design which existed in the watch,
exists in the works of nature, with the difference on the side of
nature of being greater and more, and that in a degree which exceeds
all computation."

Based on observation we say the individual organism and the network
that it exists within among other organisms, logically is the work of
Divine power. When Paley said "....in a degree which exceeds all
computation" he is talking about the extreme complexity of nature
which exceeds the complexity of a watch but also operates comparable
to its harmony and precision. Organisms are comparable to the watch
and the entire network of nature is comparable to the watch -
interacting parts organized on every level which "exceeds all
computation."

Based on these *observations* we conclude the same reflects Divine
*power.*

Now the current ID movement has one claim: biological reality is the
product of intelligence, which is a by-product or function of Divine
power. Organized complexity is re-named specified complexity because
the movement seeks to disattach itself from Reverend Paley, who, by
the way, included *no* Scriptural references in his Argument from
Design. But I do applaud Behe in "Black Box" for defending Paley and
pointing out that his thesis has stood the test of time and remains
unanswered.

Darwin attempted to answer Paley but failed because he simply
*asserted* that his contrivances were produced by blind and mindless
forces which makes no sense. Dawkins attempted to answer Paley but
failed because he too *asserted* the same contrivances were produced
by natural selection. Selection by nature is impossible because the
same has no mind and is not alive. Only mind can select and if the
outcome or result is organized complexity then it is the product of
intelligence (logically). Darwin and Darwinists supply the
intelligence for nature, after the fact, by "hooded" proxy, and
assert
the same was produced by unguided material forces, protected by the
"it is science" card and atheists in sheeps clothing.

Specified complexity, as defined by Dembski, says the same purposeful
arrangement of interacting parts, is an outcome or product of
intelligence. Again, the *foundation* of ID is not a theory but
observation based on straight forward logic with no special pleading.
I will let persons like Pagano take the *theory* aspect, and its
mathematics, from here.

Since the Bible has stood the test of time and objective scholarship
and repelled all attempts to identify factual errors and
inconsistencies; the same (alleged errors and inconsistencies) were
really the result of misunderstanding the Author's complex,
interlocking and interdependant writings, and since extreme complexity
is a scientific fact proving the existence of an invisible Designer,
we identify the Biblical Creator as the Designer.
