They then commonly offer some hypothesis for these variations as you
mention, but they never actually verify if such hypothesis can explain
the variation. It is simply conjecture.

And 30 years is nothing by your beliefs in predetermination. You don't
believe the solareclipse is principally predictable on point from 30
years ago, it is principally predictable from 15 billion year ago, the
supposed age of the universe, because you don't allow any freedom in
the universe anywhere.

There is no "freedom" in solar or lunar eclipses. There is no
evidence theren is any "freedom" in the universe, nor on Earth,
nor in human beings---- all the evidence to date shows that every
effect follows a cause: that includes the micro, atomic, and
sub-atomic universe. Everything, so far, apperrs to be 100%
deterministic. If you do not agree, you are free to offer evidence
to the contrary.
