Yes indeed. Muslims do tend to come in here a lot and meander about free
will and philosophize about things they don't understand. Now behavioral
scientists might have quite a lot to say in the matter. Why don't you
ask one of them?

in choice, believes that free will and choices are real.

Ooh, I can tell you're going somewhere subtle with this. I can't wait to
see where. I bet you're trying to set some kind of logical trap, in
which you get some gay people to agree with you about certain aspects of
choice and free will and then, bang! you will say, "Ahah! So your
homosexuality is a choice after all!"

So let's skip right to the point... what if homosexuality was a
conscious choice, as you and Qazfez and so many other religious nutters
who don't care to ask real gay people about it insist? What difference
should that make in a free society?

Religion is a choice freely made despite social disapproval. (Say, Frial
Broccoli, should parents abort their unborn Muslim children, knowing
they will be teased?) Yet why is that choice honored?
