Piggybacking for a moment...

Sometimes the stupidity of IDiots astonishes me. If someone is "on the
fence" concerning ID, and they run across this whining article, the
first thing they'll do is read Wikipedia's ID article. There they will
find a damning indictment of ID with numerous references to other
material.

Sometimes IDiots are their own worst enemy.

This is amusing. "I know of numerous people who have tried to suggest
changes to Wikipedia to lessen the current bias of the ID entries --
including staff of Discovery Institute" is an admission of violating
Wikipedia policies and guidelines, especially
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WP:AUTO . Employees of the DI trying to
write about ID would be covered in this guideline.

I'll bet another thing that royally infuriates the DI is Wikipedia's
requirement that "Everything in Wikipedia articles must be verifiable."
That pretty much kills around 99% of the DI's babble.

A related note: multiple TOers and NCSE people seem to be editors of
Wikipedia and at least one TO regular is an admin on Wikipedia.
However, these editors almost uniformily edit a variety of subjects and
conform to policy (in the case of Wesley Elsberry he seems to have gone
out of his way to keep both the letter and the spirit of WP:AUTO). In
contrast many pro-ID or pro-Creationism editors engage in policy and
guidelines violations and only edit articles related to that topic or
at most to one or two other topics. At least one DI fellow has
attempted to edit her own article and a while back there was an attempt
by a set of editors from uncommon descent to rewrite the ID article as
they saw fit. What does this contrast demonstrate?

That TOers and NCSEers have integrity, and ID/Cretos are dishonest
little shitbirds? Just hazarding a guess...
