The common argumentation techniquest which I think most expose the
evolutionist flaws are:

1. Name-calling.

"moron"

I'd say name-calling is at least as common on the creationist side as
on the evolution side. Furthermore, if you're referring to Dana
Tweedy's habit of calling you moron, I think he's entitled to do that,
based on his long and fruitless attempts at teaching you anything about
science and evolution.

Actually that's the best he can do.

Not at all, it's simply the most I'm willing to waste on you.

Claiming that science doesn't prove
anything when it clearly has,

Science does not prove anything, moron. It supports theories with
evidence. It may support a theory so well that it may, for all practical
purposes be called a "fact", but it's still not "proven".

"law of gravity"

Which is, of course is a description of how objects behave in a
gravitaitonal field.

and also
predictability, certainly indicates that his claim is false.

No, moron, it means that we may make predictions based on current knowlege.
It's not "proof" of anything.

2. Circular reasoning.

"other methods are used...other layers are dated..." but no specifics.

The specifics have been showed down your throat time and time again.

No they have not. The current on-going debate demonstrates adequately.
Certainly he, Tweedy, will prove that you can date strata, but he has
totally failed to do so without use of circular reasoning.

Moron, I've not used any kind of circular reasoning, and I've even explained
to you what "circular reasoning" really is. You are apparently too stupid
to understand that. I can tell you how geological strata is dated, just as
the same information is available in any basic level geology text.
Sedimentary rock is dated by it's relationship with igneous rock layers that
are of known age. Index fossils are used as markers to tell one layer from
another. What part of that do you not understand?

3. Appeals to authority.

It is not a fallacy when the person appealed to is a genuine authority.
Using Einstein's opinions in support of, say, ID is fallacious; using
them in support of general relativity is not.

There are many notable eminent scientists who believe that ID is not
fallacious.

Actually, only a few have done so. Most of the "scientists" on the
Discovery Institute's list are not biologists, and all base their claim on
their religious belief, not any scientific support for ID. Incidentally,
your claim itself is an appeal to authority.

And certainly while Einstein's E=M2 has proven to be true
via atomic explosion he totally failed to come up with a universal
theory that explains how his relativism fits in with every known
Newtonian observation. He utterly failed being rather discouraged in
his failure.

Add physics to the growing list of things McMoron knows nothing about.
