Actually, your example is a scientific theory. As you pointed out, you
falsified it. A consequence of the theory "my balls are intelligent"
is that testicles are sentient. But that consequence is untrue.

this definition, it's not a scientific theory.
I imagine there could be scientific theories of creationism, but I'm
not certain I've seen them stated that way. %0
