And to add, I think it a reasonable hypothesis that all actual
probabilities are equal, so to say that probabilities should be
described in binary sequence, and the position in sequence determines
the size of the probability. So as to say that 101 equals an 1/8+0+1/2
probability, and that "somehow" this 101 signal would have meaning in
regards to how things actually work, that there are at minimum 3 stages
to a decision on a 5/8 probability for instance.
