You wrote: "In the (biological) world, there are just molecules and
energy, rearranging themselves in ordinary ways." That biological world
must be confined to your head, because in ours there are not only
molecules and energy, but intelligence as well.
Please provide evidence that intelligence is anything but a product of
natural organization of matter and energy.
The fact that your MIND controls your material body and not vice versa
is the evidence. Though it may take some investigation to recognize
and understand all the factors that evidence this conclusion.
Drink six shots of vodka, stand on one foot, and tell me that again.
All minds require a functioning and largely intact brain. Damage to the
brain shows immediate incapacitation. We have learned a good deal in
the last 50 years about how the brain generates various functions of
the mind. There is *no evidence that minds have ever existed - even
briefly - without intact, functioning brains.
But in a sense you're right, for energy is an effect of, or the
creative force of, MIND,
What kind of energy is the creative force of the mind? Did you know
that about one third of the calories yor body uses goes to the brain?
It doesn't make energy, it consumes it at an alarming rate. One
indication that our brains gave us reproductive advantages is that we
evolved them *despite the extra food they require.
and material processes are both produced and
controlled by MIND. Emotion, desire and will are the motivating,
energetic and propelling factors in the process, intelliigence is the
factor that works out the plans and strategies for fulfilling the
desires physically. This whole process can be fully understood just by
waching how your own MIND works in daily life.
The mind *is the material body. That is, thinking, like digestion and
growing hair, is one of the things the body does. You can certainly
learn much by watching yourself, but I think "fully understanding"
might be overstaing the case.
