Regardless of the solution to this philosophical problem, I don't see

Rubbish... If you acknowledge a human decision, then show me the exact
location of that human decision in the brain chemistry.

I don't know. So?

Use your common knowledge of how you determine the location of any
decision. You already know it's in the brain.

That is the only place it can be moron. Decisions need a brain to make
them.

Then proceed to trace
back to the origin of a new "pattern", and you will end up at some qmz
point, and that is a point of decision.

Idiot. Decisions are made by minds. Minds that process data to come up
with a decision (or not).

And I suggest you estimate the potential importance of knowledge about
decisions, and what you may come to know of them. Such as their
location, how many decisions occur per second, how one point of
decision may relate to another etc.

A decision takes time, in some cases many years, to make.

However, we did reach a decision about you after only a few days - you
are nuts.

You can't know anything about origins if you don't know anything about
decision. Only at decisions something new starts.

Could you please, for once in your posting history, try posing
something that makes sense?
